4. By submitting an entry you agree to be bound by these contest rules.
5. Reviews not judged to be fair and objective will not be accepted for publication. The reviewer acknowledges that they have personal, first-hand knowledge of the businesses reviewed.
6. The winner will be announced on this page by the 3rd day following the drawing.
